On March 30, 2012 I officially retired. This is something just about everyone I know who still works would love to do. It’s also something that most people who have retired are enjoying tremendously. Yet it worries me a little. If I could be bored by 2:30 pm on an occasional day off from work, what am I going to do with an infinity of “days off”?
So I have decided that this is my new job: to find out how to create a joyous, productive “life after work” for myself and to document my progress along the way.
